Mediocre experience with some issues
non-functioning thermostatthin wall
The thermostat in the room DID not work. It was IMPOSSIBLE to regulate the temperature. The fire alarm went off at midnight. I could hear the conversation in the adjacent room, and whatever they were doing. I seemed like I was sharing the room with complete strangers. It was not relaxing AT ALL!!!

underwhelming stay not exactly what i expected

the location was acceptable it was close to many restaurants
the room did not match the pictures online i booked a modern room with two double beds but got an old room that needed an uplift the paint was chipping there was a stain on the pillow case dust covered the curtains the ironing board hooks were ripped from the wall

I found parking at the hotel convenient and reasonably priced. The location was great by the river, and my room overlooked it. The staff was helpful, and they stored my bags until check-in after my concert. I especially appreciated the air conditioning on a hot day and the biscuits in the room.
The air-conditioning unit in my room did not work well resulting in uncomfortable nights

My room featured a king-sized bed. It included tea and coffee making facilities along with an iron and ironing board. The room size was ample. The room also had plenty of mirrors which was really helpful.

The hotel features a relaxing lounge area. The service was excellent there and the ambience was superb. I also found easy access to the Brayford water from the hotel location. The hotel offers a good selection of TV channels.

The location was superb. The room included tea and coffee facilities. I found the bathroom clean with a big shower and fluffy towels.
The front desk staff was not helpful . I found it disappointing. The room carpet seemed old. I also noticed an odd smell in the lobby.

The room had air conditioning, a real plus . Breakfast included a large tray for transporting food because dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. The staff showed me the lift so I could avoid the stairs.

Breakfast was plentiful , and servers provided a large tray to carry it to areas permitting dogs. The restaurant generally does not permit dogs , but breakfast is available in the bar area if you have a dog. Dinner is good value with children , since children eat free.
